1. Do I need a ticket to attend the convention?
Yes, tickets are required to attend Viken Tattoorama 2025. You can purchase tickets online in
advance or at the door, depending on availability.

2. What other activities are at the convention?
There is much more to experience at the convention! In addition to live tattooing and our tattoo
history mini-museum, you can shop unique clothing, vinyl records, and high-quality tattoo
equipment. We also have a fun painting station for children where they can be creative and
enjoy the festival atmosphere. Don’t miss the chance to explore, shop, and create unforgettable
memories!

3. Can I get tattooed at the convention?
Absolutely! You can either book an appointment in advance by contacting your preferred artist
directly (send them a DM), or you can come as a walk-in and get tattooed spontaneously by one
of the talented artists on site. Check the ARTISTS section to see who is attending this year.

4. Can I bring children to the convention?
Absolutely! Viken Tattoorama 2025 is a family-friendly event. While you explore amazing
tattoo art, your children can enjoy the painting station and the lively atmosphere. It’s a great
opportunity to introduce them to art in a creative and inspiring environment. Just remember to
keep an eye on them while they enjoy the event!

5. Do I need to pay in cash, or can I use card or Vipps?
While card and Vipps may be available in some places, not all stands will have payment
terminals during the convention. For that reason, it can be useful to bring some cash with you to
make transactions easier and more flexible.

6. Do I still have to pay the entrance ticket if I already have a tattoo appointment?
Yes, all attendees must pay the entrance fee, including those with pre-booked tattoo
appointments. The ticket gives access to the entire convention and all activities, stands, and
exhibitions.

7. What should I bring to the convention?
We recommend bringing your ticket, ID, any tattoo ideas you may have, and comfortable
clothing. If you plan to get tattooed, remember to bring any required documents — for example,
parental consent if you are under 18.

8. Can I participate in the tattoo competition?
Yes! Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of when the tattoo was made or which
artist created it.
The tattoo must be registered at the competition desk no later than 15 minutes before the
competition starts, and both the tattoo artist and the client must be present to win prizes.
Note: Best of the Day and Best of the Show apply only to tattoos made during the convention
weekend.

9. Can I visit the tattoo history mini-museum?
Yes! The mini-museum is open to all attendees. It offers an exciting journey through tattoo
history and showcases the rich culture and development of the art form.

10. Is there an age limit for getting tattooed at the convention?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed. If you are under 18, you must have
written consent from a parent or guardian to receive a tattoo.

11. Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, but we recommend comfortable clothing. If you plan to get
tattooed, choose something that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

12. Are pets allowed at the event?
For safety, hygiene, and comfort reasons, pets are not allowed at the convention, except for
service animals.

13. Can I buy tattoo-related products at the convention?
Yes! There will be plenty of tattoo-related merchandise available, including clothing,
accessories, and artwork.
